Where is Maranatha?

Located on the opposite side of the valley to the ski runs, we are directly opposite Leichhardt T-Bar. We look north down into the valley presenting one of the most spectacular views in the valley. The map opposite shows exactly where we are located. You can click on the map to view a larger version. The easiest way to get there is to catch the ski tube from Bullocks Flat as there is no overnight parking in Perisher. You can walk from the ski tube terminal which is about 1km with a bit of uphill. The easier way for the less energetic is by Hans Oversnow which leaves from the terminal. Alternatively you can park at Sawpit Creek and get a lift up with Sawpit Mick who runs a shuttle service from there.
